About me
Hi Everyone...I'm back! Life was busy these last couple months, but order has been regained. I am now the proud grandmother (GiGi) to remy 1/12 and Dante who just turned 2 months old. I cook from my heart and cook for all of the senses. I love going to the farmer's market or out my back door to my garden and obtaining fresh vegtables and herbs to cook with. I do not eat beef, but am learning about cooking game, and love to cook casseroles or dishes that can be assembeled ahead of time. I have to cook healthy (relatively) but want to cook food that still tastes great. i am learning how to can food as well, so I capture all the goodness of my garden's vegetables. I love adventures, am game to try almost anything (reasonable), and love nothing more then a good meal with good friends (and a glass or two of wine)! I am recently discovered the joy of scuba diving and invite all of you that scuba dive, want to learn how, or just love the sea to check out the group Diving Gourmets
