About me
Hi! I am 39, live in Rayne, LA (Southwest part of Louisiana near Lafayette) with my husband and 4 kitties. I love sharing a kitchen with my husband of 6 years - we make a great team. Well, he cooks mostly. I cook some and bake more. I am not a picky eater (except mushrooms) and love to experiment - especially sweet/salty. I love cooking twists on cajun food (like crawfish curry) and making comfort food. I am just starting in breadmaking. I can make Brioche but still can't make a decent loaf of white bread. haha
