I love the combination of unexpected flavors, in ethnic foods, to traditional, to deep and hearty to light and refreshing. Also, eating healthy is important to me as I try to limit my white starches and sugar. But at the same time I can't deny a truly wonderful dessert... or an amazing pasta dish. Still in college, I don't have too much time to cook but I love discovering recipes and sharing my own as well.
