About me
I love baking -- especially cookies, cakes, pies and sweets. Cooking is fun too, but I spend so much time baking that by the time dinner rolls around, I'm ready for quick and easy recipes to feed my husband and daughter. I try to keep a balanced diet and since I make so many no-holds-barred, full-fat, full-sugar sweets, I keep the "regular" food on the light side.

Thanks for making, them S. Good point about the cook-time. If you don' t cook them for the full 10 minutes (some ovens may require 11 or 12) they won't be quite as crispy.
