About me
I live in Italy and have been teaching English for the past ten years. When I first got here, I did tobacco farming and we planted vineyards. We gave up tobacco and implemented our vineyards. I like growing my own vegetables, especially in the summer. I enjoy cooking, mostly wholesome food, with my organic vegetables, pure virgin olive oil (from olives I pick and have milled), home grown chickens, fresh eggs, a variety of fruits, etc. I don't have much time now because I have been going through some rough times, but being next to the burners relaxes me and especially when my friends enjoy what I cook. My recipes are very simple but tasty because it all depends on the freshness of the main ingredients.

I'm living far from home which is Toronto. I do have some friends and since I live in Italy cooking comes natural. Everything is exceptionally good here from the simplest foods to the more complex cooking. I do cook some dishes from other countries too, exspecially American or Chinese.
