I enjoy cooking, had a few kitchen jobs a while back,....just now I'm leaning further towards veges so experimenting with beans and legumes as well as getting into my pizza doughs......I reckon my other calling would have been baking...........so satisfying when it goes well........although I've not made any cakes in years; favourite sweet is straight out of the Edmonds: Russian Fudge....
