About me
I like Crock Pot Recipes, casseroles, and "easy dinners" that taste good. I prefer quality over quickness, but strive to find recipes that utilize both concepts as I am a mother of 5. I work as a Christian Psychologist and enjoy sharing my recipes with friends, when I'm not feeding them! For my own palate, I enjoy spicy and ethnic foods, and am slowly getting my children adapted to various foods.
