About me
I love to entertain smaller crowds tho have catered for 30 using a coal range! Thats was some years ago now but boy the baking was great out of that. I can put my hand to most and like to improvise if I have not got all the specified ingredients. Its a nice compliment when your guests ask if there is any left!

In NZ a nip is the single amount you would get in a glass if you bought a drink from the local hotel. Hope that makes a bit more sense. You could always just use a capful ( x
