No need to be defensive aravi . I know for a fact that India is a vast country blended with so many cultures . I have been to the corner where chilli did not take center stage like other parts of India . And what I meant was you can't put CGG in all the dishes . Certain dishes you need to let the natural flavour take over . Look at your Palak Panneer . I don't see CGG overpowering the dish .
