About me
I'm Indian, and that's why i like Indian. My mom adverses, "No food will taste better, without chilly powder, garlic and ginger". I go with her. The very smell, the aroma of the Indian food, is the best that I;ll enjoy on earth.

Hi and thanks for accepting by invite. I can't wait to try some of your great recipes and to share more!

No need to be defensive aravi . I know for a fact that India is a vast country blended with so many cultures . I have been to the corner where chilli did not take center stage like other parts of India . And what I meant was you can't put CGG in all the dishes . Certain dishes you need to let the natural flavour take over . Look at your Palak Panneer . I don't see CGG overpowering the dish .

I love Indian food.Indian dishes are spicy. But sometimes its good not to overpower the flavour of the food with spicyness.Hope you agree with me.

You just have Wonderful Recipes....
