About me
I am a band director in east Tn. I love to play music and teach it. My wife is a band director and performer as well. We don't have much time to cook, but when we do, I'm the cook and she is the tastee. She is a very good sport about trying most anything I cook as long as i keep the greens green and the spices a little low. I , prefer spices so let the heat abound!!! (but not too much).
