I'm an eclectic cook, motivated by mood, circumstance and necessity. I love to use garden herbs and vegetables, the freezer, my pantry, the spice cabinet to meet the challenge of cooking for whatever the day brings. I always have to feed my life partner and best friend. Luckily, his spirit for consuming mass quantities keeps me on my toes *laughing with delight*. I don't know what I would do if he did not love to eat and couldn't handle almost anything. He keeps my life interesting and always has something new and fun going on. I love the adventure of food and how what we eat contributes to any occasion.From a church potluck to finger food with the girls to wowing friends at a dinner party, cooking is what makes life enjoyable and is my contribution.
