About me
I enjoy sharing good food with good friends in many social settings. I love my garden and using it's bounty in my creations. I think regardless of why I am in the kitchen, what comes out with me should be something appropriate that meets the needs of the reciepients at that time, and is something that I am proud to serve. I like to prepare things that are different which is always a challenge given the way I shop. We live out in the middle of the Northern Arizona desert, so I have one monthly trip to town where I shop the local specials and load up on supplies for the deep freeze and the pantry. I supplement my cooking with my garden which provides some good vegetables, herbs and fruits. I like a challenge so, as I said before, bring it on because I'm not afraid!!! I'm looking forward to trying new recioes and seeing new ideas from all of you!
