About me
I got diagnosed pre-diabetic last year and since then I made some drastic changes to lose weight and keep myself healthy. I just got a clean bill of health from my dr. and got off the medications, so now I just have to keep up what I'm doing and really watch what I eat. I eat about 95% vegetarian. I buy a lot of fresh veggies and fruit from local farmers markets. I'm learning to like to cook.
