About me
I've been cooking vegetarian and often vegan for about 4 years now. I'm on a continuing quest to find the most delicious balanced vegan meals that can be cooked in a short amount of time. I cook from scratch most of the time, and I grow as much of my own produce and herbs as I can. My main concern these days is keeping good food in my growing toddler! I'm not a chef but I have a lot of experience, and I have a lot of people taste testing my food in my daily life.

mmm, I used to eat quite a lot of these black bean patties with mango salsa on a bed of basmati brown rice... I had forgotten all about! thanks for bringing these back! 5!
