About me
I've been leaning more to the Vegetarian side of the plate recently, what with all the crazy meat recalls and hormones, and pesticides, etc. I'll buy a nice piece of meat..heh heh...once or twice a week but i'm very particular about where it came from. I'm also a mom of two high-energy little boys and I'm tired most of the time. I need quick, healthy, and tasty meals for our whole family. Is there such a meal that exists??
