About me
I will make anything once, eat it twice, and talk about it forever. I often times find myself making food for one as the wife does not share my culinary abandon...but that typically just means I've got tons of leftovers to eat the next day.

Your eggplant parm picture looks amazing! Thank you for adding it to my recipe! It makes me want to make the recipe again!

Thank you so much for trying my Pico De Gallo recipe and for the nice 5 rating you gave it.... also appreciate the nice picture you posted for me....your always welcome in my kitchen... so sorry it has taken me so long to answer your comments... I went out of town to Galveston to help a friend clean her house out....Thanks again....Z

I sent you a cooking buddy add and love your recipes.

Unfortunately, I've lived here all my life and never even been to St. Simons. I hear it's great though.

Yes, Goose Island has some good local brews, and I'm sure I could find one that would work with the apples...if you ever come across a Pacific Rose apple, give it a try. They are hard to find around here, but worth the search - your area may have them in abundance for all I know! It is a fantastic crisp, very sweet apple that would be excellent in your baked apple dish, I'm sure...we also like them on grilled ham and cheese sandwiches - or with some blue cheese on the slices...another good food with beer!

Right on...

Sounds like you have good taste in beer as well.
All-Grain is not as hard or time consuming as you think it is.
Pretty much all your doing is essentially making your own extract.

One difference between All Grain and extract is boil volumes.
But it's not tough, Once you get past the first hurdle.
That being trying to over think it. :)

I find it funny that we only have a medium taste compatibility. Although, i may have been a bit liberal in my ratings. Add that to the list of things not to do on an empty stomach. Catch you later chef.

Thanks for being my cooking friend. I am sorry about all the lemon pies it seems no one knows how to remove some of them.

Arroz A La Lexington
This doesn't sound half-bad. Beer is a pretty good ingredient. Works in low boils,bar-b-cue sauce, hushpuppies, probably a good marinade to soak chicken in before grilling or fr
