About me
I live in Indiana and love to cook and bake. I have a restaurant and catering business. I like to keep things simple but decadent, hence the name of my business Simply Decadent. I don't like recipes that break your back to make. I like to use lots of fresh , quality ingredients and make people happy with my food. I love to see people happy after they have enjoyed one of my meals. I also love to teach my kids the joy of cooking.

Hello and welcome. Thank you for the buddy invite. Your recipes look wonderful! Opening a restaurant in the fall....I love it. I would like to open a bakery in the near future but just finished reading up on French bakeries and it scared the beejeebees out of me! May stick to cooking and baking for family and friends. I wish you the best and if you already cater then I *know* your going to be great. :D

You are so right, fresh salmon, makes all the difference. I have a similar recipe which uses cornmeal instead of bread crumbs. Your sauce sounds delicious. Great post.
