Aloha All, I'm originally from Hawaii but now live in Michigan. I love to cook and I always cook too much. I can feed the neighborhood, no problem, lol. I do a lot of Asian/Hawaiian cooking or as we say in Hawaii, local kine grinds. I also love to correspond with other "chefs de home kitchen" and like to learn and share with all my friends.
