About me
I Love to Cook. I started when I was 4 and haven't stopped since. I enjoy putting a new spin on classics. I like to try new things that might be a bit unusual. Different ingredients. Unique cooking tools. I keep it simple and easy. I like to use my senses and experience to recreate things I have enjoyed when dining out. I like to think I honor the food by allowing my taste buds to savor the entire flavor each morsel has to offer. I appreciate the sight, smell, texture, temperature, and taste of each bite. Life is a Banquet. Sample new things. Expand your tastes. Be adventurous. God gave us all these things for a reason. Live, Live, Live.
