About me
I'm a writer/editor in Austin, Texas. I'm also the publisher of austinmama.com and a lover of all things foodie. My work has been featured at Salon.com, Mothering magazine and NPR's All Things Considered, where one of my commentaries garnered more listener feedback than the NPR producer had ever seen -- with comments ranging from "Kim Lane is certainly going to HELL!" to "Could Kim Lane be the new Mark Twain?" Both of which made me extremely proud. I like salt on the rim, extra sauce, dressing on the side and a taste of what you're having.
