About me
A short blurb about me would go something like this... I completed an aprenticeship in 1993, cooked professionally in the UK and in South East Asia for about 5 years. Came back home to Australia worked with some big name chefs. Got sick of the politics and wanted to spend more time enjoying cooking than hating it. So quit and have now been a documentary filmmaker for 6 years and am a student at ANU studying Digital Arts. So now I love cooking again and look forward to sharing and learning from you guys...
