    And here's my mom's advice for you: You need a firm-textured fish, something like cod or haddock is good, but things like fish fries are a good opportunity to use more sustainable, less popular fish like pollock or whiting or hake. You could also use salmon or tuna for a change.

    sorry this took me so long to get back to your question... i have been sick..

    cool whip is basically imitation whipped cream... it has a thicker texture and more of a vanilla flavor... we can buy it frozen here...
