I'm a graduate of YTI Career Institute for Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. I've spent about 3 years thus far in the food service industry, enjoy cooking immensely, and eventually hope to open an Irish Pub. My style of cooking is simple, inexpensive recipes that anyone at home can do quickly and easily, particularly keeping the bachelor in mind.
