Fish Freak. Aquariums that is. Working mother who loves to have the option of something quick and easy for dinner on days that I am too tired to spend much time on a meal. My major fault is that I have been known to throw together some awesome meals that of course when requested to make again, have no clue of how I made it in the first place. I never really measure or write down anything as I go.
