  • fumblecook 2 years ago about teriyaki chicken on a stick
If a grill isn't an option, and the only other options are to cook in skillet, or in convection oven, which should I use?

Also can I do anything with the marinade sauce in the cooking process? (Example, if I use a skillet can I cook the chicken while skewered in the pan with the sauce?)

  • Shennydee 3 years ago about the truely perfect bacon mac n cheese
Your directions for making this are very unclear. You should really explain in more detail how to prepare and cook this. It sounds delicious, but it was very frustrating for me to make with limited direction.

Your Chili Cheese Chip Casserole recipe looks like my kind of comfort food. I took the liberty of adding it to the VELVEETA group. It fits in real nice there and I think you would too. Take a peek at it and please consider joining. Thanks.

Finding salt cod really depends on where you are. Up north and in the midwest you can find it in the super markets, like at my mother in law's house near Albany. Anywhere where there is a heavy influence of northern eupopean culture, also popular with spainards and portugese. It might also be hiding as Lutefiske. Sometimes gourmet and ethnic groceries have it. It is available online as well
Don't worry about it arriving on ice, it's already preserved
