I'm a southern cook, who learned to cook from my mom and grandmothers and make a lot up a long the way. I love this site but I know that I'm going to gain 20lbs.

Arickard, I have never served it without cooking it. Its just really good with everything all creamy, melted and hot. You could let it cool down and serve it.
