About me
My, Boat, my dogs, my herb gardens, I love them all. For years I've been traveling and searching for many different kinds of recipes, Things with fruit and herbs. Mostly around Thailand ( as a central point) and I got some really good ones in Indonesia a few years ago. but when I can I would like to get around the carribian for some first class insite to their ways of life and cooking. In the spring I will be doing a quicky in Costa rica and mabee I find something good there as well. I grow many herbs myself because I can't find many that I like in any store, both food and medicinal. I have many years of gardening behind me so the fun part is prepairing from what you grow yourself. But besides traveling and looking for good eats I really like my panasonic digital camera that take so many great shots. I'm starting to get into macro photography which I have to study more about using my camera. Then there is my bamboo that I think is one of the most usefull plants (grasses) anyone should grow. The shoots are awsome to cook with. and the poles I use also. Here in Florida they make a good wind block for all these nasty storms we get. I will be submitting some good recipes when I can so stay tuned OK?
