About me
I am a retired school secretary who is enjoying life living near her two grandchildren. My daughter is a fantastic baker and cook. My mother didn't cook much, so I am mostly self-taught, and my daughter has expounded upon that. She lives only four houses down from me, so we frequently eat meals together. My other daughter is Down Syndrome and lives with us. And my husband had a bad stroke last December. So, I need quick and easy meals that are also fairly healthy.
