I'm a very happily married mother of three 2 girls and one boy i love cooking and trying new stuff all the time but since i have started back at work i find it hard to find quick easy meals but fun and interesting to cook so if anyone out there can help me get over my cooking block maybe give me some insperation i would appreciate it very much

i'm really glad you enjoyed the bean mix and you can use the mix with all different vedgies eg zucchini what eva really if you do try zucchini make as normal then chuck it in

I get so stressed out everyday trying to find something different to fix for dinner. My husband thinks that I should have no problems at all since I sit at the computer all day and look at recipes!
