I was so pleased to get your friend invite & I am very happy to accept. I sure appreciate your comments on my recipes & hope you enjoy trying them out. Grandmacooks was actually the one who posted the step by step pictures on my recipe for Citrus Crown Cake. She had made it & loved it & was kind enough to post her pictures. I love the picture of your Bichon. I had one, Angel, for 11 years & lost her 2 winters ago with her heart. I will always miss her. She was the most gentle, fun loving little dog. Home just isn't the same without her.

Saw you were one of people who liked the Garlic Chicken on another foodies page. Talk about neighbors. My profile says buffalo ONLY because most peeps wouldn't know what a Cheektowaga is...

Mmmm... salmon. If you're like me and you can't get enough of dill, you could try whipping up some of Mahdur Jaffrey's Dilled Rice to go with your salmon. It's so delicious. http://www.grouprecipes.com/103487/madhur-jaffreys-dilled-rice.html
Enjoy! :)
