About me
I try to follow the eat right for your blood type diet for type "O" which means I eat mostly meat, fruit and vegetables. Very little grain and no dairy. I'm also trying to cut back on sweets. I love veggies and fruit and meat so it's not a problem. I also try to eat organic foods when possible. I've also tried Ayurvedic foods, too. But I teach so I need to be able to fix quick meals.

I follow the Eat Right For Your Blood Type diet as closely as possible. Rice constipates me so I can't eat very much. The only potatoes I can eat on this diet are sweet potatoes since I am a type O person. I usually eat meat, veggies, and fruit with trail mix I make myself using almonds, walnuts, dried fruit, and pumpkin seeds with a few carob pieces thrown in. I try to keep the amount of sugar I eat as low as possible, but have not followed that over the holidays. I can't eat dairy or grain so I eat Ezeikial bread which I'd like to learn to make, and drink almond milk.
