Currently lovin' Fich, Chicken, Chili, Lasagnes,Vegies, Cheesecake, Cookies, Cake, Beer Butt Chicken (mmm so good in the summer time but can be cooked anytime of the year).

About me
I just started cooking about 3 years ago, I mean really cooking, before that it was Kraft dinner and hot dogs ;) Now I'm learning how to cook different types of Lasagnes, fish, chili etc... I'm soon going to tackle cooking a Duck. I've always thought it would be difficult, but now that I have some info about it, it's really doesn't sound difficult at all. My biggest passion right now is baking, I just got a mix master and it has been amazing, a lot less work that's for sure and much faster getting to the end result ; )-
