About me
I love most food. The problem is that I am allergic to the "staples" of most recipes. Dairy, Sugar, Glutin,(excludes all grains except rice, quinoa and buckwheat) and Soy. What do I eat you ask??? Potatoes, (my favorite food ever!!!) eggs and coconut plus any raw fruits and veggies I can get ahold of. I dont really mind all the allergies though. They have made me become very inventive in my cooking and they force me to eat healthy.
