About me
~ I'm a laid back ~ easy going chick ~ just likes to chill n' have some laughs ~ I like to keep things simple and fast (as I get older). While I float to more a southern cooking style, what I call comfort foods, my husband of 22 years seems to think the only food to eat in life is steak (just which kind) and my son 17 really likes his thinking. My son however will try anything I ask sooo hes a Great kid:) I have began to really enjoy Chinese cooking and while its good.. its not there just yet (maybe I should go work in a Chinese restaurant to really get the hang of this). As my name depicts I Love to fish and eat fish well just about anything that comes out of the water I seem to like lol. The frogs even hop away if they see me coming. While my hubby cooks the steaks on the grill I do all the BBQing and really enjoy this as it is less mess(except for the fingers). I hunt so I will post a few game recipes, for those of the like. Oh and I love to bake.. not so much casseroles.. but Sweets!! BTW>> Hiya TO Everyone, so very nice to meet you all !!
