About me
My name is erin, i am 20 years old, the only time i get the chance to cook is late night. i work at a pizza place called shakespeares and though i just adore cooking pizza (right....) we like to experiment with what we have...using just the ingredients at work we have made, meatball subs, burgers, and even chips and salsa. my older brother has been diabetic since he was 6 so my family has lots of sugar free recipes. Also, I LOVE ONIONS, whole, sliced, diced, raw, cooked, it doesn't matter, yep its strange.
