As a stay at home wife and mother I am always busy! I find time to cook a good well balanced meal for my family though. So between Caitlyn's karate and girl scouts, Morgan's karate and girl scouts, and Cowen's play dates I still find time to sit down to eat with my whole family every night.

Ok all I got a new crock pot for my birthday! I am so happy. My old one while usefull was a 2 qt and the new one is much larger. It is a Hamilton, looks stainless steal look to it. It has a latch for the ladle and the lid latches on for carrieing around! My friend Naomi and I are quit excited...so send me some recipes for slow cookers!
