We live out in the :sticks" so not to many choices of resturants unless we go to Chattanooga. Someone finally put in a chinese buffet restaurant a few miles away and my daughter took me they to eat. I am in love with the fried rice and some of the chicken dishes now. LOL

Thanks, Kateau! I hope you enjoy them. My husband likes the dumplings without dipping sauce, but if you like dipping sauce, I just added the ingredients for mine to the recipe. I mix the dipping sauce ingredients to taste, so I don't know the exact proportions (sorry!).
Also, the leftover dumplings taste great panfried the next day!
