About me
I am a single mom of a 16 year old son in Louisiana. I love all kinds of food. I am willing to try just about anything once to see if I like it except insects. Not sure I want to go there. I love to travel and sample all the different local foods. I would say my favorites include sushi, tex-mex and of course cajun. I don't cook as much variety as I used to because my son is sooo picky. He is getting better as he gets older but I miss trying all kinds of recipes.
