I love to cook. I also collect cookbooks. I have been cooking since I was 9 years old. It is a hobby as well as a way I unwind. Browsing through recipes is pure enjoyment for me. I have about 10,000 recipes I have been meaning to try--haha! I do have a lot! I like to try new things and rarely make the same thing twice---save a few faves my DH requests over and over. I would love to learn to cook with more Thai/Indian ingredients as these are my fave cuisines. I am a little intimidated by the ingredients sometimes. I also am a borderline vegetarian ( I rarely eat meat and do eat fish---I guess that makes me a borderline pescatarian). Sometimes I eat vegan---will do this for a few monts at a time--as more of a detox/cleansing than anything else. This always presents a challenge to find to new recipes that are interesting and different.
