Hi! I'm a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful little girls. Cooking for me is something I love to do, but rarely have the time to do anymore, so I've become a very quick and easy chef. I've recently started once a month cooking, which is a great way to have wonderful meals on the spur of the moment!

Thanks for the information, I could never do that as we have two freezers and one is suppose to be just for fresh salmon that my husband catches, and the other for basics and it's so small. You can barely fit an ice-tray in there!. :) It would be nice on some days to have an already made meal prepared though. I will do some more looking into it, and make enough so I have one per week?
