About me
My name is Sam and I just got married in July to a wonderful man. I want to please him with some good old fashioned cooking while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle ;). I am Diabetic (the genetic kind) and have a strong resistance to insulin and other forms of medicine. I stick to a strict diet and exercise 1 hour a day. I'll admit...i still have fun with my food and have a sweet every once in awhile (so I don't go completely crazy daisy!) If you hear about any cool recipes that are low fat low carb and low sugar (ha ha i know) then send them my way...otherwise all of the good stuff (fatty carby sugary) can be sent my way too! My husband isn't Diabetic ;);)!
