Thanks for the invite! I am a retired cook and still love to cook and try new recipes. Unfortunately, I just found out that I'm allergic to a lot of foods that I love. Just for openers, here's a few..wheat, garlic ( how can you NOT eat garlic when you're Italian?!!! ), lettuce, cucumbers, corn, and most tree nuts. I make my own breads in my bread machine using combos of rice flours, and other gluten free flours. As far as recipes using some of these illegal foods, I substitute different spices and seasonings, but to me, there's no substitute for garlic!!
I worked in many Country Clubs in Florida where I lived for almost 25 years.
