About me
We are hobby cooks with a large family. Our tastes run in streaks -- last winter we made 2 or 3 bean dishes a week for a month or more...and then switched to bar-b-que. When we can, we spend Sunday afternoon cooking for the week ahead. We try to be healthy but really LOVE food and are adicted to dessert.

Hi. Cooking on Sunday for the week sounds like a great idea. I am big on trying to double dinners so that I can put one in the freezer and cook the other for that night. I have several recipes that this works for. It is always nice to come home and have something ready to just pop in the oven. Hope to share recipes and talk to you soon, :D
