About me
I enjoy cooking and often don't use recipes. Sometimes I have great success and other times I make a mess. I do like to experiment with new things and have been known to alter a recipe or two. I have four children (ages 38, 34, 21, and 17). My last child is now in high school and my husband and I are trying to reduce the quantity of food we eat but add more taste and more health benefits. I'm finding that its difficult for me to learn to cook for 2 after cooking for legions over the last three decades. I'm also learning to use my computer more.
