Hey bets, notyourmama had a great suggestion on my gougeres recipe that I see you commented on last month - she adds some dry mustard and some crab (or I bet shrimp would be perfect, too) to the dough and makes cheesey little crab appetizers...doesn't that sound fantastic?! I gotta try that next time I make them - but first it would have to cool off enough for me to turn on the oven...apparently you are experiencing the same heat in CO, but at least you have cool evenings!!!
