"laissez le bon rouleau de temps: (let the good times roll) My family and I live Southwest Louisiana, but haven't always lived here. My husband and I are from Evangeline Parish. Which you might have heard of Ville Platte, Turkey Creek, Bayou Chicot.,Pine Prairie..Well anyways......lol This is Why I call the way I cook Bayou Country Cajun style ...My mother was from the Bayou area ..My dad is the Country Cajun... His grandfather carried the Fontenot name so this is how I come up with the Country Cajun.....Country area Cajun last name... However my hubby is Cajun ....his family spoke french......and I learned some of french language from them......... Enough about me ......Just would like to end this up by saying Thank You for dropping by.........Hope you pass by from time to time ! pieaire, say you no need to explain. that boudrau is a fine fella, he borrow 100 dollar last nite and say he drop it off today.
