    Hi Bev, thanks for the comment on my coconut bars. I really think you will be happy you tried them and be prepared to get lots of compliments when you take them to the pot luck dinner. Also, here's a little secret: you can use the same filling recipe to make the best cocount cream pie around and it fills a nine inch pie pan quite well. Let me know how you like it.
