About me
I love to cook and I love to eat. But, with disabilities I need to find fast but yummy recipes so that I don't have to spend more than a few minutes at a time on my feet. I've completed all of the Wilton's Cake Decorating courses and absolutely had a ball with it. I've been doing cakes for friends and the senior center where I teach fiber arts but have no plans for doing this for a living. It's more work than I can do on a regular basis. I have to divide everything up just to complete one cake as it is. LOL
