About me
I find cooking relaxing. In fact, I like to cook more than I like to eat. Also like to just browse recipes until I get an idea. Since the kids left the nest, I live alone but still haven't figured out how to cook for one. So I eat a lot of leftovers! I especially like to make soups/stews, chicken, bbq, Italian and Chinese dishes.
