About me
I'm 37 and live in the Gold coast hinterland Australia with my husband Glenn and 2 children Ben 3.5 and Eve 20 months, With 1 dog, 1 horse, 2 cows and some chickens. In my spare time I love to make and create and decorate cakes/cookies/cupcakes which I sometimes get orders for which is great as I like to try new recipes and have fun coming up with new designs for each one.

Hello again, you ask a bout the Lemon Glow cake, no it should not fall out of the pan when you turn it over, when it is cooled after being upside down, you will need to run a knife all around the cake pan to free the cake, because it is slightly stuck to the pan. Yes, you could bake this cake in a 9 by 13 inches pan. But it is best to use a no buttered pan.
